This is the tour that will take you to discover Catania and its artistic, cultural and architectural beauties; suitable for those who love to immortalize their memories through photography.

The city of Catania is home to countless artistic, historical, cultural and architectural beauties; the city is framed by the Baroque and Liberty style which represent one of the most surprising features.

The tour will start from the Giardino Bellini in Catania, a place for recreation and relaxation, known as “a Villa” by the people of Catania. After a short visit of the Garden, our tour will continue along via Etnea, the main street of Catania full of beauties in Baroque and Liberty style to be photographed and admired. Our walk will continue inside the characteristic streets of Catania, where every detail can be immortalized by photography lovers, passing between monuments, historic churches and folkloristic streets we will arrive at Piazza Federico di Svevia, seat of the Castello Ursino, where we will make a short stop and you will quench your thirst with seltz, lemon and salt, that is a typical non-alcoholic Catania drink.

Unmissable step will be the stop at the fish market, where the “warmth” of the fishermen’s gestures, accompanied by the smell of fresh fish will make you live the folklore fully of the city of Catania. The tour will continue crossing the main square of Catania, “Piazza Duomo”, where you can immortalize the symbol of the city, “U liotru”, a lava stone statue depicting an elephant.Then we will head towards the iconic square of Catania’s opera, Piazza Teatro Massimo, home to the Vincenzo Massimo Bellini theater of the same name: the square is characterized by its evocative Liberty style beauty. We will conclude our tour by visiting the Catania fair, called “ fera o ‘luni”, known for being the ancient market of the city full of stalls of all kinds.

After the fair you will taste a piece of our typical Sicilian hot table (cipollina, pizzetta, cartocciata or bolognese) that is a cross between a snack and street food and can replace a main meal or be tasted as a snack. The tour will end leaving us at the corner of via Etnea and via Umberto.

€ 20,00 – each person, for a minimum of 2 participants to a maximum of 4 participants.

€ 18,00 – each person, from 5 to 10 participants.
